About the Series
Spotlight On has been airing on PBS for decades (a long time for TV). Each episode has an average runtime of about 5 minutes and airs right after or before a main show broadcasts on PBS.
Spotlight On episodes are educational.
Entertaining.
Inspiring.
Clients featured in the series are diverse, ranging from associations to institutes, individuals or groups contributing remarkable work to society, Fortune 500 companies, Federal Government Agencies, and more.
Stories that have been shared by previous clients include learning about electricity, the mechanics of the Wonderbra, hate crimes, global warming, jazz, Acupuncture, identity theft, and so many others.
When you choose to air on Spotlight On, you're contractually guaranteed to achieve at least 500 national airings and be seen by 3 million+ viewers, nationwide.
Airings are tracked for a three-month period, and a Stations Audience Audit Report of your results is issued documenting the stations that aired your episode. This report states the total number of broadcasts, the number of primetime vs. non-primetime airings, the total number of viewers, and market share.
Historically, programs well exceed the 500 airings, usually airing 700 to 900 broadcasts with 40-60% during prime time.
Additionally, you're provided with a broadcast-quality master of your episode which can be used for many things such as websites, social media, training seminars, trade shows, conferences, etc.
So how does this all happen?
Simply.
